2005 Colby Cruise To the Past Rod Run

The six Falcon caravan rendezvoused in Limon at 1 PM Friday and headed east for Colby.  Just 25 miles later we had to stop as Joe B's '63 Black Convertible started overheating

A few more miles down the road it overheated again.  Bruce supplied tools, and everyone else gave plenty of advise on how to remove the thermostat.   A few clouds and showers helped cool the little bird and we made it on in to Colby without further ado.

Saturday morning brought fair skies and warm temperatures.    Ten eager Falcons and one Carmen Gia arrived early to park together in the first space on the right.

As the day grew warmer, more and more Mile-hi members found their way back to the large shade tree behind our cars.
